EASY TO USE. EASY TO LOVE.This pump's sleek design is matched with a host of advanced features that you would expect in a modern device. The beauty of the t:slim X2™ insulin pump is that it is up to 38% smaller than other pumps,1 yet it can hold a surprisingly large amount of insulin (up to 300 units). With its color touchscreen, the t:slim X2 pump is also easy to read and intuitive to use for anyone familiar with a smart device. THE CHOICE IS EASYThe t:slim X2 pump can be used as a stand-alone insulin pump, or you can integrate it with the Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system.* When used with CGM, you can choose one of two predictive technologies, which help deliver insulin, making it simpler to manage diabetes. CONTROL-IQ TECHNOLOGYControl-IQ™ advanced hybrid closed-loop technology adjusts insulin delivery to help prevent highs and lows, while still allowing the user to manually bolus for meals. BASAL-IQ TECHNOLOGYBasal-IQ® technology predicts and helps reduce the frequency and duration of low-glucose events. This simple-to-use system operates in the background without constant input. REMOTE SOFTWARE UPDATESThe t:slim X2 insulin pump is the first FDA-approved insulin pump capable of remote feature updates.† Using a personal computer, patients can keep their pump up to date with the latest technology during its warranty period. REPORTING MADE SIMPLEWith just a few taps, you can view your insulin delivery and glucose history on your t:slim X2 insulin pump. You can also quickly upload your pump data to the t:connect® web application and generate reports for more in-depth analysis. OTHER POWERFUL FEATURESZERO FINGERSTICKS - When integrated with Dexcom G6 CGM.RECHARGEABLE BATTERY - Convenient charging via micro-USB port.LARGE COLOR TOUCHSCREEN - Easy to read, simple to use interface.CUSTOM SETTINGS - Create up to six Personal Profiles.WATERTIGHT CONSTRUCTION - Tested to 3 feet for 30 minutes (IPX7).BLUETOOTH WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY - Modern connectivity for a modern world. TRY OUT THE FREE DEMO APPSearch for the t:simulator™ application wherever you download apps or click the badges below to visit the download page for your device. RESPONSIBLE USE OF CONTROL-IQ TECHNOLOGYEven with advanced systems such as the t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ technology, you are still responsible for actively managing your diabetes. Control-IQ technology does not prevent all high and low blood glucose events. The system is designed to help reduce glucose variability, but it requires your accurate input of information, such as meals and periods of sleep or exercise. Control-IQ technology will not function as intended unless you use all system components, including your CGM, infusion sets and pump cartridges, as instructed. Importantly, the system cannot adjust your insulin dosing if the pump is not receiving CGM readings. Since there are situations and emergencies that the system may not be capable of identifying or addressing, always pay attention to your symptoms and treat according to your healthcare provider’s recommendations.RESPONSIBLE USE OF BASAL-IQ TECHNOLOGYSystems like the t:slim X2 insulin pump with Basal-IQ technology are not substitutes for active diabetes management, as there are common scenarios in which automated systems cannot prevent hypoglycemia. The Basal-IQ feature relies on continuous CGM readings and will not be able to predict glucose levels and suspend insulin delivery if your CGM is not working properly or is unable to communicate with your pump. Be sure to always use your pump, cartridges, CGM, and infusion sets as instructed and check them regularly to make sure they are working properly. Always pay attention to your symptoms, actively monitor your glucose levels, and treat according to your healthcare provider’s recommendations.
