We will introduce ourselves, let you know where we’re calling from, and ask to speak with the patient by name.
Documentation
We will confirm your insurance and demographic information, answer questions, and obtain required signatures. We’ll collect any missing documentation and submit it to your insurance company.
Approval & Shipment
After verifying your order, we will provide any estimated out-of-pocket costs and ship your products directly to you.
Resupply Program
We make reordering easy. Choose how you'd like reminders—email, text, or a call. When it's time to resupply, simply answer a few questions, and we’ll handle the rest.
Ongoing Prescriptions or Documentation

Mary is an active volunteer outside of work, supporting local initiatives that make a difference in the lives of those around her.
Michelle
Michelle has been an integral part of Bedard Medical since 2020, bringing experience in leadership, billing, and healthcare. She currently leads both the Diabetic and Medical Supply Teams, ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional service to the community.
Outside of work, Michelle stays busy with her family and finds fulfillment in giving back to local communities. She enjoys cheering at kids' sporting events, supporting local businesses, and exploring Maine’s scenic lakes.
