Medtronic Guardian™ Connect CGM System
The Guardian™ Connect is the first smart Continuous Glucose Monitoring system from Medtronic. It is designed for people that have multiple daily injections and want to be more proactive in managing their diabetes. With customizable alerts and smart technology, users will be notified when glucose levels start to trend too high or too low, up to 60 minutes in advance.
The only CGM system that comes with the Sugar.IQ™ Diabetes Assistant app. Sugar.IQ™ utilizes artificial intelligence data from IBM Watson™ to continually analyze glucose, insulin, food, and other data from past and present, to help users understand how their behavior affects their glucose levels.
